Rosalyn is one of the supporting characters. Besides from her job as a personal swimming-teacher she also takes a few extra
hours as a babysitter. She can be at least as pricky as ordinary parents. Her guardian role fits her line of work.
Of course Cal boy will thwart every attempt that aims to make him subject to her parental standards. In a sort of humorous
way, she's the foe of the story. Sometimes I wonder if mom and dad really know what she's up to.
With the household as battlefield, there's often a cat-and-mouse game between Ros and tricky boy (along with his even
more devious sidekick). Due to contiunal enmity, there's been one or two more paychecks demanded for her time invested.
In order to perservere, she will place a call to her boyfriend when on coffee-break or when she doesn't have to watch
over the two.
